Job Summary
To support innovative AI projects, the part-time Texas Licensed Chemistry Trainer will design computational chemistry problems, create Python programming challenges, and ensure solutions are computationally intensive and well-documented in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Design original computational chemistry problems that simulate real research workflows
- Create Python programming challenges requiring numerical validation and ensure problems are computationally intensive
- Document problem statements clearly and provide verified correct answers based on real research challenges
Required qualifications
- Degree in Chemistry or related fields
- Proficiency in Python for numerical validation; familiarity with MATLAB, R, C, SQL, and relevant libraries is a plus
- 2+ years of professional experience in applied, research, or teaching roles
- Experience with numerical methods in chemistry
- Strong written English proficiency (C1+)
