Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Counsel - Brand Sourcing & Manufacturer Relationships (BSMR).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide independent legal support for contract drafting, negotiation, and strategy for distribution agreements
• Coordinate legal risk tolerances and contracting standards for key distribution agreements
• Serve as a legal advisor to senior leadership on legal risk mitigation and manufacturer relationship management

Required Qualifications

• 13+ years of corporate law experience
• Experience in a large private law firm combined with in-house experience is preferred
• Juris Doctor Degree with excellent academic credentials; must be a member of a jurisdiction
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, biopharma, or biotechnology sectors
• Strong background in healthcare regulatory advice and commercial contract negotiation
