Job Summary
Providing leadership and oversight for all finance-related activities, the full-time Texas Licensed Chief Financial Officer will manage the Annual Operating Plan, conduct financial analysis, and lead medical cost improvement initiatives in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee financial activities and monitor progress against the Annual Operating Plan
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting, ensuring compliance with state requirements
- Act as the chief liaison between Corporate Finance and the Business Unit, supporting negotiations and audits
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; Master's Degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in a high-level finance role in the healthcare or insurance industry
- CPA certification preferred
- Experience in financial impact analysis and contract negotiations
- Proven ability to establish financial strategic vision and objectives
