Job Summary
To support a growing manufacturing organization, the full-time salaried Texas Licensed Chief Financial Officer will lead all financial operations, including strategic planning, budgeting, and financial reporting, while working remotely and traveling to the Central Texas office approximately once or twice per quarter for leadership meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on financial planning and business growth initiatives
- Lead all corporate finance, accounting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting functions
- Develop long-term financial strategies that support company growth and operational objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required
- Previous experience serving as a Chief Financial Officer is required
- Approximately 15+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience
- Extensive knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
