Texas Licensed Civil Engineer Reviewer

Job Summary

Seeking a Texas Licensed Civil Engineer Reviewer, the remote position will manage engineering plan reviews for land development projects, including water, sewer, stormwater management, and roadway design, while collaborating with city staff and applicants.

Key responsibilities

• Review and provide feedback on engineering plans for various land development projects
• Act as a liaison between city staff, applicants, and technical groups, ensuring effective communication
• Present findings and recommendations to clients, city councils, and relevant boards or commissions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in civil engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Texas or Florida
• Preferred Certification: Certified Flood Plain Manager (CFM)
• Proficiency in electronic plan review software such as Bluebeam and Adobe PDF
• Experience with civil engineering design software, including AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS
