Job Summary
Joining a dynamic claims department, the full-time Texas Licensed Claims Adjuster will manage a diverse portfolio of non-traditional risks and multi-line insurance claims, focusing on personal property, commercial property, and manufactured housing claims in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and adjust a variety of property and casualty claims, including high volume personal property and commercial losses
- Negotiate settlements with claimants, public adjusters, and legal representatives to achieve timely resolutions
- Maintain accurate claim records and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
Required qualifications
- Active Adjuster License in good standing or ability to obtain reciprocal licensing
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry designations (e.g., AIC, SCLA) preferred
- Proven experience adjusting commercial property and casualty claims
- Direct experience with manufactured housing claims and high-volume personal property claims
- Proficiency in modern claims management systems and digital estimating software
