Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster (Attorney Represented) who will investigate, evaluate, and settle attorney-represented claims in a hybrid work environment, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines and prompt resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Establish proof of loss by evaluating and investigating submitted documentation
• Initiate and conduct investigations of claims with complex coverage concerns, focusing on litigation handling and effective communication
• Provide timely evaluations of demands from attorneys to facilitate prompt resolutions

Required qualifications

• Active Texas or Florida Adjuster License required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of auto insurance claims adjusting experience
• Prior experience handling minor to moderately severe attorney-represented injury claims
• Strong background in interpreting policy language and state statutes
