Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster (Attorney Represented), the full-time hybrid position will investigate, evaluate, and settle attorney-represented claims while ensuring compliance with legal guidelines and company policies.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish proof of loss by evaluating and investigating submitted documentation
• Conduct investigations of claims with complex coverage concerns, including gathering information from various sources
• Provide timely evaluations of demands from attorneys to facilitate prompt resolutions

Required qualifications:

• Active Texas or Florida Adjuster License required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of auto insurance claims adjusting experience
• Prior experience handling minor to moderately severe attorney-represented injury claims
• Strong background in interpreting policy language and state statutes
