Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Claims Advocate.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate, evaluate, and resolve General Liability and Professional Liability claims
Analyze coverage, liability, and damages to determine appropriate claim handling
Communicate with policyholders, claimants, and witnesses to guide the claims process

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience handling liability claims involving bodily injury
Demonstrated history of thorough Injury Evaluation and Negotiation Skills
Must have or be able to obtain a Texas Independent Adjuster License
