Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve General Liability and Professional Liability claims
• Analyze coverage, liability, and damages to determine appropriate claim handling
• Communicate with policyholders, claimants, and witnesses to guide the claims process

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience handling liability claims involving bodily injury
• Demonstrated history of thorough Injury Evaluation and Negotiation Skills
• Ability to obtain a Texas Independent Adjuster License promptly
