Job Summary

Focusing on Commercial Property and Inland Marine claims, the full-time Texas Licensed Claims Advocate will manage claims, conduct investigations, and facilitate resolutions while providing excellent customer service in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage claims related to commercial property and inland marine damage
• Investigate claim damages and assess situations using internal and external resources
• Explain coverage to policyholders and facilitate fair claim resolutions

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of claims handling experience, preferably with a focus on commercial property claims
• Knowledge of claims processes, policy language, and insurance industry practices
• Experience with Xactimate and XactContents software is preferred
• Texas adjusters license required, with the ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining high client satisfaction
