Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Texas Licensed Claims Advocate will manage, investigate, and resolve commercial general liability claims while ensuring customer interests are protected and adhering to company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve commercial general liability property damage claims, evaluating coverage, liability, and damages
• Communicate with policyholders and other parties to gather information and advise on claims processes
• Comply with statutory and regulatory requirements while meeting quality assurance standards and performance goals

Required qualifications

• At least 2+ years of claims handling experience, including coverage and liability
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Texas Independent Adjuster License or ability to obtain promptly
• Proficiency in Mac, Google, and Microsoft applications
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, investigative, and negotiation skills
