Job Summary

Focusing on Commercial General Liability claims, the remote Express Claims Advocate will manage, investigate, and resolve lower complexity claims while ensuring the best possible outcomes for customers and adhering to company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, investigate, and resolve commercial general liability property damage claims, including evaluating coverage and liability
• Communicate with policyholders, witnesses, and claimants to gather information and advise on the proper course of action
• Comply with statutory and regulatory requirements while meeting quality assurance standards and performance goals

Required qualifications

• At least 2+ years of claims handling experience, including coverage and liability
• Strong written and oral communication skills, along with analytical and negotiation abilities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to obtain a Texas Independent Adjuster License promptly
• Mac literate, including proficiency in Google and Microsoft applications
