Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Express Claims Advocate will manage, investigate, and resolve commercial general liability claims while ensuring compliance with policies and protecting customer interests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve commercial general liability property damage claims, evaluating coverage, liability, and damages
• Communicate with policyholders, witnesses, and claimants to gather information and advise on the proper course of action
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements while managing a high volume of claims and meeting performance goals

Required qualifications

• At least 2+ years of claims handling experience, including coverage and liability
• Must have or be able to promptly obtain a Texas Independent Adjuster License
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with Commercial General Liability claims
• Proficiency in Mac, Google, and Microsoft applications
