Job Summary

Texas Licensed Claims Examiner analyzes and processes complex auto and commercial transportation claims remotely, ensuring proper documentation and compliance while handling litigation and vendor management, in a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Processes complex auto commercial and personal line claims, ensuring proper documentation and coding
• Manages the litigation process for litigated claims and coordinates vendor management
• Develops action plans to meet state-required deadlines and pursues subrogation opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Five years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• In-depth knowledge of personal and commercial line auto policies and laws
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Professional certification relevant to the line of business preferred
• Secure and maintain state adjusting licenses as required for the position
