Job Summary
Analyzing complex bodily injury auto claims, the full-time Texas Licensed Claims Examiner will manage investigations, determine liability, and evaluate damages while ensuring timely resolution and compliance with client requirements in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process complex auto commercial and personal line claims, ensuring proper documentation and coding
- Manage the litigation process for litigated claims and coordinate vendor management
- Develop action plans to meet state-required contact deadlines and pursue subrogation opportunities
Required qualifications
- Five years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
- In-depth knowledge of personal and commercial line auto policies and laws
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Professional certification relevant to the line of business preferred
- Ability to secure and maintain the State adjusting licenses as required for the position
