Job Summary

Analyzing and processing complex auto and commercial transportation claims, the remote Texas Licensed Claims Examiner will manage bodily injury claims, ensuring proper documentation, coordinating vendor management, and facilitating communication with insured parties.

Key responsibilities

• Process complex auto commercial and personal line claims, ensuring accurate documentation and coding
• Manage the litigation process for litigated claims and report large claims to excess carriers
• Develop action plans to meet state-required contact deadlines and pursue subrogation opportunities

Required qualifications

• Five years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• In-depth knowledge of personal and commercial line auto policies, coverage, principles, and laws
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Secure and maintain State adjusting licenses as required for the position
