Job Summary
Analyzing workers' compensation claims for clients, the full-time Texas Licensed Claims Examiner will adjudicate complex claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate effectively with claimants and clients in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyzing and processing claims to achieve timely resolutions through investigation and information gathering
- Negotiating settlements within designated authority and communicating claim activity to relevant parties
- Reporting claims to the excess carrier and responding to requests professionally and promptly
Required qualifications
- 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
- Texas License required
