Job Summary

Analyzing workers' compensation claims for clients, the full-time Texas Licensed Claims Examiner will adjudicate complex claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate effectively with claimants and clients in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyzing and processing claims to achieve timely resolutions through investigation and information gathering
  • Negotiating settlements within designated authority and communicating claim activity to relevant parties
  • Reporting claims to the excess carrier and responding to requests professionally and promptly
Required qualifications
  • 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
  • Texas License required
