Job Summary
Managing low- to moderate-complexity property insurance claims, the full-time Texas Licensed Claims Examiner will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve claims while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to established policies in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and manage claims by verifying coverage and gathering pertinent information to determine exposure
- Calculate and assign timely reserves to claims while monitoring reserve adequacy throughout the claim's lifecycle
- Communicate decisions clearly and professionally, ensuring timely resolutions and cost-effective outcomes
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of experience examining property and casualty residential property claims
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
- Texas Adjuster License or demonstrated progress toward achieving the license
