Job Summary

Managing low- to moderate-complexity property insurance claims, the full-time Texas Licensed Claims Examiner will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve claims while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to established policies in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze and manage claims by verifying coverage and gathering pertinent information to determine exposure
  • Calculate and assign timely reserves to claims while monitoring reserve adequacy throughout the claim's lifecycle
  • Communicate decisions clearly and professionally, ensuring timely resolutions and cost-effective outcomes
Required qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience examining property and casualty residential property claims
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
  • Texas Adjuster License or demonstrated progress toward achieving the license
