Job Summary
Managing low- to moderate-complexity property claims, the full-time Texas Licensed Claims Examiner will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve insurance claims while ensuring timely resolutions and customer satisfaction in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and manage claims by verifying coverage and gathering pertinent information to determine exposure
- Maintain action plans for timely resolution in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Communicate decisions clearly and professionally while monitoring reserve adequacy throughout the claim's lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 1+ year experience examining property and casualty residential property claims
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
- Texas Adjuster License or demonstrated progress toward achieving the license
