Job Summary
Leading a team of Team Leaders, the full-time hybrid Texas Licensed Claims Manager will oversee intermediate complexity coverage and liability investigations, ensuring accurate claim handling and compliance with company and state standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of 4-6 Team Leaders while driving employee engagement and fostering a high-performance culture
- Monitor claim handling for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with state regulations, resolving escalated coverage and liability issues
- Provide reporting and insights to senior management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance claims operations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Active Texas or Florida Adjuster License required upon hire
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Claims Supervisor or Team Leader in Auto Liability claims
- Direct experience managing Liability coverage issues within the Auto Claims department
- Knowledge of Image Right and Claims Manager systems is a plus
