Job Summary

Leading a team of Team Leaders, the full-time hybrid Texas Licensed Claims Manager will oversee intermediate complexity coverage and liability investigations, ensuring accurate claim handling and compliance with company and state standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of 4-6 Team Leaders while driving employee engagement and fostering a high-performance culture
  • Monitor claim handling for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with state regulations, resolving escalated coverage and liability issues
  • Provide reporting and insights to senior management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance claims operations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Active Texas or Florida Adjuster License required upon hire
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Claims Supervisor or Team Leader in Auto Liability claims
  • Direct experience managing Liability coverage issues within the Auto Claims department
  • Knowledge of Image Right and Claims Manager systems is a plus
