Job Summary

Seeking a Texas Licensed Claims Representative, the full-time role will manage the total loss claims process, utilizing Copart Title Express and Mitchell for vehicle valuations, while ensuring timely resolution and negotiation of claims in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end salvage process, resolving title defects and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Monitor vehicle transit and yard check-ins to mitigate storage-related delays
• Review and audit vehicle evaluations, handling negotiations and settlements with policyholders

Required qualifications

• Active Texas Resident or Designated Home State Adjuster License
• 3-5 years of experience with Copart Title Express and resolving title tracking defects
• Strong background with automated total loss platforms, preferably Mitchell WorkCenter/TLV
• Ability to clearly explain vehicle valuations and salvage laws to insureds
• Experience using AI-assisted tools for claims documentation and workflow efficiency
