Leading a team of claims adjusters, the full-time Texas Licensed Claims Supervisor will manage Workers Compensation claims, promote best practices, and drive talent development while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a Workers Compensation claims team to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Guide the team in handling claims according to established best practices
• Manage workloads and define team goals to optimize efficiency and performance

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
• Licensed in all states where claims are being handled
• At least 2 years of people management experience
• Knowledge of team member functions related to claims processing
