Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Team Lead Workers Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis to investigate claims exposure and recommend settlement strategies
• Interact with various parties in the claims process and recommend outside specialists as needed
• Coach and mentor adjusters to ensure proper application of claims handling concepts

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 7 years related claims experience
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
