Texas Licensed Claims Team Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Team Leader: Level II.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 4-6 Level 2 Claim Representatives
• Manage onboarding and integration of new team members while driving employee engagement
• Ensure timely and accurate handling of claims in compliance with company and state regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Active Texas or Florida Adjuster License required
• Minimum 2 years of experience handling medium to high complexity coverage and liability claims
• Prior supervisory experience required
• Knowledge of state laws regulating the auto insurance industry
