Texas Licensed Classroom Support Associate

Job Summary

To support the mentorship of educators, the remote Texas Licensed Classroom Support Associate will manage mentor assignments and compliance with Texas Administrative Code requirements while collaborating with district staff and field supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain knowledge of mentor requirements to ensure compliance with Texas Administrative Code
• Assist staff and personnel by responding to inquiries related to mentor responsibilities and documentation
• Enter, track, and update data on mentor assignments and qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an educational or administrative capacity
• 1-2 years of experience providing excellent customer service
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and data management
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain workflow volume
