Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point-of-contact for all stakeholders throughout the transaction process

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
• Active real estate license in good standing, preferably in Texas
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems related to transaction management
• Strong analytical skills for managing financial details and ensuring compliance
