Job Summary

Seeking a Texas Licensed Client Relations Representative, the full-time remote position will manage client relationships, promote insurance services through consultative selling, and proactively handle policy renewals while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities
  • Promote insurance services and solutions through sales activities and relationship-building
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and manage policy renewals with clear communication
  • Build and deepen client relationships through product knowledge and exceptional service
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • General Lines Agent - Property & Casualty License
  • Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in policy servicing and client follow-up
  • Proficiency with computer systems and CRM platforms
  • Demonstrated skills in handling renewals in an organized manner
