Job Summary
Seeking a Texas Licensed Client Relations Representative, the full-time remote position will manage client relationships, promote insurance services through consultative selling, and proactively handle policy renewals while delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Promote insurance services and solutions through sales activities and relationship-building
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and manage policy renewals with clear communication
- Build and deepen client relationships through product knowledge and exceptional service
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- General Lines Agent - Property & Casualty License
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in policy servicing and client follow-up
- Proficiency with computer systems and CRM platforms
- Demonstrated skills in handling renewals in an organized manner
