Texas Licensed Client Service Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Excellence Representative to assist clients with their account-related needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients via inbound phone calls with a variety of financial inquiries, including account maintenance
• Provide empathetic support, uncover client needs, and deliver timely solutions
• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance client and crew experiences

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of customer-facing and/or inbound phone experience
• Strong sense of ownership for client outcomes and accountability
• Desire to continuously build knowledge and expertise
• High school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree
• Required Series 7 and 63 regulatory licenses or registrations
