Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Client Services Manager, Fully Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction by nurturing business relationships and overseeing company responsiveness
• Oversee client implementations, expansions, and special projects, ensuring timely delivery of products and services
• Align internal and client objectives, monitor performance, and manage client engagement with products and services

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience related to managed care, health plans, government programs, and/or client management
• Bachelor's degree
• Proven client services experience at the executive level
• Experience in successfully executing complex projects on-time and within budget
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities effectively
