Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to oversee and nurture partnerships with banking partners while enhancing the client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly check-ins and virtual meetings with banking partners to maintain relationships and drive referrals
• Guide clients through onboarding and ensure satisfaction as the main point of contact
• Oversee day-to-day partner program operations, including referral tracking and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
