Job Summary

Coordinating care for home health referrals, the full-time Texas Licensed Clinical Account Executive will manage communication between patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers while executing sales strategies to enhance market share.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinates patient referrals to home health services and ensures patient choices are honored
• Acts as a liaison between patients, physicians, and the home health agency, facilitating communication and follow-up appointments
• Provides educational in-services about home health services to medical staff within facilities and offices

Required qualifications:

• Formalized clinical training from an accredited institution
• Licensed in the state of Texas
• Experience in home health care
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and CRM software
• Current Driver's License and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
