Job Summary

Seeking a Texas Licensed Clinical Coding Auditor, the full-time remote position will focus on auditing medical records, managing coding resources, and ensuring compliance with coding regulations while offering a flexible schedule and excellent work/life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct medical records auditing according to the audit scope and focus
• Manage data capture and reporting related to coding practices
• Oversee fiscal management of coding resources and processes

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Health Information or related field, or high school diploma with 5 years of relevant experience
• 5 years of acute care inpatient or CPT surgical level coding experience
• RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or COC certification required
• Proficiency in ICD 10-CM, PCS, and CPT coding conventions
• Experience with coding audits preferred
