Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Administrative Coordinator to assist with document submission and provide support to the Clinical Service Coordination team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain adherence to state contracts, CMS requirements, and submission timelines
- Monitor the accuracy and timely receipt of state assessments and communicate with stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to Service Coordinators and contact members and providers as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years of clerical or administrative work experience
- 2+ years of experience using telephone and computer for job duties
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Reside in Texas and have access to a high-speed internet connection
