Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Administrative Coordinator to assist with document submission and provide support to the Clinical Service Coordination team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain adherence to state contracts, CMS requirements, and submission timelines
  • Monitor the accuracy and timely receipt of state assessments and communicate with stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support to Service Coordinators and contact members and providers as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2+ years of clerical or administrative work experience
  • 2+ years of experience using telephone and computer for job duties
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Reside in Texas and have access to a high-speed internet connection
