Texas Licensed Clinical Director

Job Summary

To lead clinical operations and ensure customer commitments are met, the remote Texas Licensed Clinical Director will manage a portfolio of over 360K members and 50+ clients, collaborating with various stakeholders to drive operational performance and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the single point of contact for strategic client executives, managing client relationships and expectations
• Oversee end-to-end operational performance and ensure delivery against customer-specific commitments and quality metrics
• Identify and mitigate service gaps while contributing to client-facing presentations and continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of managed care clinical operations or account management experience
• 2+ years of customer/client presentation experience
• Experience managing client and stakeholder relationships across various levels
• Program management experience with a focus on data analysis and interpretation
• Experience in negotiations and consensus-building across multidisciplinary teams
