Job Summary

Leading the education initiatives for EHR and clinical technologies, the full-time Texas Licensed Clinical Informatics Manager will manage training programs, support deployment and optimization activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of educational materials and training programs for clinical informatics
• Lead cross-team projects related to training environment management and change communication standards
• Provide direction and coaching to teams to ensure effective use of information technology in clinical and business settings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, adult learning, organizational development, informatics, healthcare, or equivalent experience
• 6 years of experience in education within an information services or training setting, including 3 years in a management role
• 4 years of leadership experience in a healthcare information services environment
