Job Summary
Leading the nutrition team at Baylor University Medical Center, the full-time Texas Licensed Clinical Nutrition Manager will create and maintain nutrition care policies, develop departmental goals, and oversee staff training while working in a hybrid schedule with one remote day available.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain policies and programs for optimal nutrition care delivery
- Develop goals and objectives to ensure high-quality clinical nutrition services
- Oversee the training and performance planning for dietitians and interns
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential required
- 3-5 years of work experience as a clinical dietitian required
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
- Licensed Dietitian status in Texas required
