Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist (Part Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions
• Verify hard copy and digital prescriptions
• Communicate with healthcare professionals and oversee prescription transfers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Active state of Texas Pharmacist license in good standing
• Completion of a post-graduate year 1 residency (PGY1) and/or relevant experience preferred
• Experience with medication therapy management and comprehensive medication reviews
• Prior interface with OutcomesMTM and Mirixa is a plus
