Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist Market Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic patient outreach and provider-facing activities to improve STARs measures
• Analyze and interpret STARs and HEDIS reporting, providing insights to plan and provider groups
• Complete annual medication reviews and develop plans to enhance medication adherence

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent experience
• Active, unrestricted pharmacy license in primary residence state, with willingness to obtain additional licenses
• 5+ years of clinical pharmacy practice experience
• 2+ years of experience with Medicare STARs and HEDIS measures
• 2+ years of provider-facing interaction experience, including education
