Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist - Medicaid Prior Authorization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Medicaid Prior Authorization processes
• Utilize evidence-based clinical guidelines and formularies in decision-making
• Work collaboratively in a high production team environment

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted TX or AZ pharmacist license
• Must obtain the secondary license (AZ or TX) within 90 days of hire
• 3+ years of experience working as a pharmacist
• Experience with clinical decision-making and prescription benefit trends
• Knowledge of clinical program components and formulary designs
