Job Summary

A company is looking for an RPh Operations Advisor specializing in Aetna Medical Prior Authorizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews of medical data for prior authorization of specialty medications
• Apply clinical knowledge to plan and approve criteria for case reviews
• Handle inbound calls from physicians or members regarding prior authorizations

Required Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in state of residence in good standing
• 2+ years of clinical pharmacist experience
• 1+ years of experience issuing clinical determinations within Prior Authorizations
• Current experience working within the Novologix system related to Aetna Medical Prior Authorization Operations
• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree
