Job Summary
Fluent in Spanish, the part-time Texas Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will perform telephonic outreach to UHC Medicare members to enhance health quality outcomes and optimize pharmacy therapy, with the flexibility to work remotely while being required to attend the office monthly and daily during the initial training period.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic outreach to improve health quality outcomes and medication adherence
- Engage with providers and pharmacies to optimize pharmacy therapy
- Document and track member engagement to enhance the member experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Pharmacy
- Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Texas
- 3+ years of experience working as a licensed pharmacist
- 3+ years of patient consultation experience while working as a licensed pharmacist
- Proficient in Spanish
