Job Summary

To support patient care initiatives, the part-time Texas Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will provide clinical oversight, conduct medication reviews, and collaborate with healthcare providers while working remotely on a rotating schedule.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical reviews of patient pharmacotherapy and document findings in patient charts
  • Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams and serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and oversee pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing and quality assurance checks
Required qualifications
  • Active Texas Pharmacist license in good standing
  • Minimum 2-3 years of direct patient counseling experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of post-graduate pharmacy experience involving clinical oversight and patient care
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
  • Comfortable providing patient counseling and spending 7-8 hours daily on the phone
