Texas Licensed Clinical Pharmacist
Job Summary
To improve health quality outcomes for Medicare members, the part-time Texas Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will perform telephonic outreach and optimize pharmacy therapy while working remotely with monthly office visits in Schaumburg, IL.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform telephonic outreach to enhance medication adherence and appropriate drug utilization
- Oversee pharmacy projects from inception to completion, engaging with providers and pharmacies
- Document and track member engagement to improve CAHPs member experience results
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Pharmacy
- Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of Texas
- 3+ years of experience working as a licensed pharmacist
- 3+ years of patient consultation experience while working as a licensed pharmacist
- Beginner level of proficiency navigating MS Office and Windows-based environment
