Job Summary

To support Pharmacy Quality Initiatives, the part-time Texas Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will perform clinical pharmacy services, conduct medication reconciliations, and collaborate with healthcare providers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct clinical pharmacy services through Pharmacy Quality Initiative Programs, including medication reviews and patient counseling
  • Answer inbound and conduct outbound calls regarding coverage determinations, ensuring accurate data entry and communication with physicians
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of clinical pharmacy programs and provide training and oversight to program staff and interns
Required qualifications:
  • Pharm D. degree
  • Current and active Pharmacy License and Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) Registered Pharmacist
  • No prior experience required as this is an entry-level role
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
