Job Summary
To support a growing nursing marketplace, the full-time Texas Licensed Clinical Quality Lead will define high-quality clinical care standards, manage clinical incident investigations, and develop educational resources, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain clinical standards for nursing visits, including adherence to provider orders and documentation
- Oversee the investigation and resolution of clinical incidents, ensuring thorough root cause analyses and corrective actions
- Translate quality findings into educational materials and clinical policies to enhance nursing practice and safety
Required qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license
- Five or more years of nursing experience, with at least three years in clinical quality, patient safety, or risk management
- Direct experience conducting clinical incident investigations using root cause analysis and CAPA methodologies
- Strong command of nursing standards of practice and clinical documentation
- Exceptional written communication skills for producing precise and defensible findings
