Texas Licensed Clinical Research Coordinator

Job Summary

To support clinical trial operations, the full-time Remote Clinical Research Data Coordinator II will be responsible for the collection, coordination, processing, and quality control of clinical trial data while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facilitating communication with clinical staff.

Key responsibilities

• Extrapolate data from source records into case report forms for all patient visits and ensure timely data submission
• Resolve queries and communicate concerns regarding data to clinical staff and research management
• Coordinate monitoring and auditing visits, ensuring all data and queries are entered and resolved per requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum three (3) years of medical office experience, preferably in oncology
• Minimum three (3) years of experience as a data coordinator
• Experience in clinical research, specifically in oncology, preferred
• SoCRA or ACRP certification preferred
