Job Summary
To enhance clinical trial efficiency, the full-time Texas Licensed Clinical Research Director will oversee the Clinical Trial Start-Up and Activation team, managing protocol submissions, study implementation, and reducing activation timelines in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and lead the Clinical Trial Start-Up and Activation team to achieve study activation goals
- Create and maintain a centralized feasibility review process for clinical studies
- Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance reviews, ensuring compliance with institutional standards
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree preferred; Bachelor's Degree required
- Seven years of experience in clinical research, including three years in a supervisory role
- Experience managing protocol submissions and activations, with a focus on industry sponsors
- Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) credential required
- Successful completion of relevant training programs may substitute for supervisory experience
