Job Summary

To support the clinical review team, the full-time Texas Licensed Clinical Review Supervisor will plan and distribute daily work activities, supervise performance improvement, and ensure efficient clinical review processes while working remotely from Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and distribute daily work activities for the clinical review team, ensuring productivity and quality goals are met
• Supervise performance improvement activities and implement corrective actions as needed for direct reports
• Generate and monitor reports to adjust processes and achieve team performance goals

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology or Associate's Degree required
• Three years of Radiographer experience required
• ARRT or GMRT certification upon hire required
• Progressive leadership experience highly preferred
