Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Review Therapist (OT, PT, SLP).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform utilization reviews of therapy service requests and durable medical equipment based on best practices
• Provide recommendations for therapy determinations and collaborate with care management teams
• Assist in developing clinical training and provide feedback to leadership on therapy service improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of related specialty therapy experience (OT, PT, SLP)
• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Speech-Language Therapist in Texas
• Preferred Master's degree in specialty therapy and 7+ years of experience in various therapy settings
• Clinical knowledge of therapy services and durable medical equipment
• Adaptability to business changes and new technology processes
